The Last Bales

Looks like the farmer's work on the hay front is almost done for this year with the last of the hay bales loaded up and ready to leave the field.

I give it a couple of days and he will have the plough out and the next crop ready to go in. There is no profit in dormant fields. In the meantime we can enjoy some new paths out and about and up to the top of the hill. It can get quite monotonous trudging the same well beaten routes time and again!

Only one more sleep till the weekend and seven more till our holiday :) Its been a long week and I am looking forward to a quiet weekend!
