Millionaires shortbread

The last two bits of this in the tin. I'm really surprised it has lasted this long, it is rather nice. My daughter made it on Sunday, in a cooking fest we suddenly had to go with the Sunday roast (pork).

However - we baked a cake to wish Ava well on her way for Sunday (with candles), and we ate it for her. We also made chocolate chip cookies, and my mum who happened to be staying with us made a rather delicious lemon ice cream after we unexpectedly inherited a pint of double cream!

So - all in all - thats why this has lasted for... oh - must be 4 days now! I doubt it will see out tomorrow - may not even make it through the night.
