Back to the Urban Portraits!

Went to the bunkers at Lavernock Point to try to get a blip I've envisioned for some time, but we were about 1/2 an hour too late for the light we needed, and it got dark really fast! Took some half decent efforts that can be seen here, but I'm not counting them as urban portraits as I used the flash, and the whole point is to use the available light.

When that failed, we went back to a street near Atlantic Wharf, location for this Urban Portrait. This street runs behind some houses, and it seems each garden has it's own fence/wall, each in different styles, so lots of opportunities there! This was the best from the bunch I think, even although Mathew's hand is a bit blurred from him moving it, I actually think it adds something to the shot. Quite a quiet day today, apart from blipping - couple hours overtime at work to have my 1/2 yearly review (went well) and attend my first Union meeting as a rep (also went well). Then the gym, go me!
