Nose job

The day of the op and I've just got #2 son home from hospital in the evening. He should really have stayed in overnight but the new state-of-the-art multimillion-pound facility has no spare beds. Now he has to sleep sitting up and barely able to breathe, in pain and with internal and external nasal splints and weeping wounds. Gotta love the NHS. :-(
