Good is the enemy of great

I am so excited to be a part of Leadership North County (LNC) this year. LNC is a leadership program that fosters the growth of regional leaders who then can become the catalyst of positive change in our families, our workplaces, our communities and beyond. There are monthly fieldtrips to places like the county jail, Camp Pendleton, and one of the regional water districts. Today was a day long orientation and it was fantastic!

I took this photo on the sly as a panel discussion was being set up with alumni of the program. I'm thrilled about the opportunity to network, meet new mentors, get plugged in to what's going on locally, and find out how I can help take this region from good to great.
