Fractalius Filter on Fractured City

This is one of many sites I passed today when traversing the city. It is heart breaking. I put the fract filter on it to give it some cartoonish unreality look to it, which seems less painful.
this building housed a very up market house interior designer shop and also a specialist cheese monger. Both of whom are devasted.
Nothing more on our situaiton.
