One of the big kids

Ophelia joined the others at the table for snack time at Baby and Toddler group today. There was a new baby there, just 6 weeks old, so our baby wasn't the youngest anymore. Things seem to be happening so quickly with Ophelia right now, from standing for longer, walking holding onto just one hand and climbing the entire staircase, to trying to communicate a few words (Dad, Mum, cat, and also saying 'ta' when 'sharing' things with me). I love watching this development, and it's great she's getting more independent, but of course - as always - a little part of me is sad it's all going by so very quickly.
