European Cross Spider 3

I sort of solved the "how to photograph the spider head-on" problem. My solution: Capture the spider and refrigerate him to lower it's metabolism and activity. Once he warms up, it's back into the fridge...

Again, this was shot using this super-macro set-up with the 100mm lens + an inverted 50mm lens.
