Boat left on time and one of the advantages of the poor weather is that the Northbound boat was late and we passed it as we headed south. Opportunity to photograph the Hrossey from the deck of the Hjaltland as it was about to pass the Bressay Lighthouse. As for the trip well we were banned from being on deck just after I took this photo due to the strengh of the wind. Later on in the trip it was the full bow into the water and spray over the whole boat. Classic opportunity for a dramtic blip but I'm not that dedicated! Calmed down after we reached the North of Orkney about 4 hours into the trip. Just about to enter Aberdeen harbour on time 13 and half hours since setting sail. Looks calmer for the trip north on Sunday evening.
