Dinner

Lazy day blip...the rains have moved in so didn't make it out anywhere this afternoon to capture a blip. I should have taken advantage of the scant sunshine this morning but alas did not.

So decided that our dinner would be my blip for the day. I have never cooked an acorn squash (baked then stuffed with apple, onions and brown sugar) before so was eager to try and will be doing so again. Thought it was rather delicious and definitely a nice "fall vegetable" addition to our meal.
