Oils

I haven't even looked at my box of oil paints for over twenty years, but, needing a new picture to match the decor of the conservatory, I asked Grandpapa to get the box down from the loft and see what condition they were in. Much to our surprise, once we'd managed to prise the lids off, they were still useable.
So, yesterday afternoon was spent quickly painting a canvas I'd bought for 99p, and the result ain't too bad!! Not quite the 'Grandma Moses' standard but time will tell!!
Can't wait to do some more now I've smelled the oil paint-it gets in your system!!
