Sunset but the work's not over

It has been an exhausting, but exhilirating two days, with another full day of activity tomorrow. Resilience, it turns out, is quite a fascinating topic. At the end of these three days, our group of 40 academics will present a number of 'bids' for a pot of money which will help them to explore a specific area of resilience. We've got medics working with social scientists, engineers working with ecologists, computer scientists working with urban studies experts. It's pretty awesome.
