Mother

Say hi to my mum! I took this in the afternoon but what I ate at my workplace reminds me of her, what a coincidence!

I don't know if there is a name for the food I ate but my colleagues call it 3 in 1. It consists of 2 slices of sweet potato and a slice of 'year cake' in between. My mum used to cook it pretty often when I was young. I really love the taste of it! I always thught it was invented by my mum since I never saw anyone selling it. Glad I am able to find someone selling it because my mum has stopped making them! I think it must be very troublesome to make them... Shall learn it the next time and make it myself!!

Scenes that reminds me of my mum:

- When she is cooking dinner for the us
- When she is washing the clothes for us
- When she is sweeping and mopping to keep the house clean
- When she put in lots of effort in maintaining her plants

But my favourite scene will be her sitting near the gate in the afternoon, reading the newspaper with her glasses on. I tend to distrub her by lying on her lap and read the papers together with her. Is fun to discuss the news with her!
