Really felt like being domesticated today and decided to have a go at making chutney.caramelised onion chutney to be precise.the making of the chutney itself was pretty easy except from having to thinly slice a kilo and a half worth of onions!was crying like it was nobody business.my eyes hurt so much.lol.the main thing that made it tricky was the sterelising of jars and wax seals.it all got very confusing but I think I managed it just about.I might get some nice jars and make some as Xmas presses if it tastes nice.will keep you updated on the taste once it has been tried.
