rock on...

there is a trend with the wind here these days... sigh... it is wicked again and i just didn't have the energy to fight it so i stayed inside today.

this is a rock i have had since childhood...some kind of mineral rock i believe but i don't know the specific name for it. i always fantasized that it came from outerspace - mars, you know - because of the various shadings, glitterings and colorings.

on the other hand as i look at it now, it reminds me of a baked potato - with its crinkled skin on the bottom and sour cream on top....yum!

i guess it depends on your perspective, doesn't it? either way, rock on for a fabulous weekend...
