Day trip into Manchester today. Boys were really very good, they both liked the tram journey and the escalators. Simple things...

This is the roof of the Triangle, a lovely shopping centre in Manchester. We had lunch in the Itchy Titchy Coffee Company in the basement and no.2 kept staring up at this amazing glass ceiling. I liked how the black and white accentuated the various shapes and angles :-)

Can't stop tonight as I have to sew name labels into all no.1's clothes for nursery school. Why didn't I buy iron on ones???
