Sorry, but that's the punchline of a very poor joke about a tatty piece of string attempting to get into a nightclub which has a "NO STRING" policy.

When challenged by the security staff (bouncer in old money), who asks him if he's a piece of string he replies.....

"No, I'm Afraid not!"

Boom-boom-tisshhh!
