Ants

At first glance perhaps a rather boring shot of a hillside.

Although I took several hundred shots at a fell racing event today, many of which are quite good, I have chosen this very average photo to show you all. For me it sums up fellrunning. The way people are free to choose to run over whatever bit of countryside they choose - but all have to converge at the checkpoints. from my vantage point at the bottom of this incline they appeared to swarm upon me like ants, all needing to be individually picked out in the viewfinder and captured.
