Butterfly!

Went pear picking today with the boss and the coworkers. Boss got a speeding ticket on the way to the farm, which was amusing is a strangely unsettling way. We had spicy chicken wings, fresh apple cider, and picked Korean giant pears.

What a wonderful change of pace for me to be outside in a peaceful field on a Friday afternoon! Captured two butterflies (with my camera only!) but this one was the winner. The other was almost the same color as the pear it sat upon and opened it's wings just as I snapped the image. :) The spots on this one seemed to echo throughout the image. Love. That. Another accidental capture, delicious indeed.
