The Flying Boy

Today was kickoff at my church youth group! A great time every year where a bunch of new faces come and we have a large event for them. Since I'm a small group leader this year, I'm a part of all the planning of such events. We decided to do live music videos this year in which we received a bag of props and a random song that we must work with. It was extremely difficult and my group ended up improvising because we only had about 45 minutes to create the entire video.

I got my small group for the rest of this year; a group of wonderful girls that I hope to build strong relationships with during our time together. We're of all different stages throughout high school and I hope that our different experiences will help us create new perspectives.

I took a picture of one of the group's music videos. Peter was jumping rope but it became invisible in the picture! Now he's flying. :) You can even see him fluttering his wings haha.
