Bacon butty, mug of hot tea and a great view ....

Our daughter stayed out on a sleepover party last night, and our son is old enough to fend for himself for a few hours. The rain looked like it was set in for the day, so I suggested that we go for a drive, to find a bacon butty and mug of tea to consume somewhere beautiful. (We haven't done this since we've had our kids.)

We drove through Uppermill, across the Pennine Way, and into Holmfirth without finding a snack van! Eventually, on our way over the Saddleworth Moors to Greenfield we spotted a van.

Our bacon butties and mugs of tea were enjoyed all the more because of the great view before us (and above).

Thank you again all who looked in on my 100th blip yesterday. You put me in the 'Spotlight' for the first time, which made my day! I really appreciate it.
