Sunshine on the sea

I was taken away for a surprise yesterday! We drove to the coast and checked in at the Cavendish Hotel in Eastbourne. We had a fantastic sea view - looking out past the pier and the band stand. I was on the beach at 8 am watching the sun fighting it's way through the clouds. It made a beautiful pool of light on the sea as it peeped out from behind the clouds.
