Imber

Today we went to visit Imber, an uninhabited village on Salisbury Plain that's used by the military for training. It's normally closed to the public. If you haven't heard of it, it's worth a Google.

On the way home, I achieved a lifetime's ambition: I saw a tank on Salisbury Plain (well, it might have been an armoured car or something but it had tracks and a gun). I've travelled across the Plain countless times and I've always wanted to see one!
