Risotto

I wanted to do something nice for my boyfriend today and being so broke, I thought the best thing to do would be to cook him a nice meal. His favourite meal at the moment is risotto with peas and pancetta. It takes a while to make but the smile on his face makes it worth it. I found the recipe here at e rucola. I would recommend you try it as it works for my boyfriend every time!
