Meadow Grasses

We packed up this morning and headed out past these beautiful grasses. We had just remarked that we were making good time and that it was easier to follow the trail on the way down than it was on the way up (much of it crossed granite and was marked by piles of stone "ducks") when we realized we were following the wrong trail. It took us some time to retrace our steps and get back on track, but we weren't totally lost. So much for making good time though. We didn't get back to the car until about 1:30. Then we had a long drive home.
