Coffered ceiling, Wellington Railway Station

My theme for today: railway stations.

This image shows part of the coffered ceiling in the old booking hall of Wellington Railway station (a coffer is a sunken panel shaped as a square, rectangle, or octagon, in a ceiling or vault). A light hangs from the centre of the ceiling.
