a good start of the week :-)

Went to the dietician this morning. Sinds 5 months I am on a diet .... and it workes really well : today it is official I lost 3.14 stone (20 kilo's)

Still have to continue for 1 month to my "perfect" weight but I feel great so that will be no problem :-)
