A lovely day for a cycle...

No idea why I look so happy here... My friend called me this morning and asked me to come for a cycle. I reluctantly agreed, before today I hadn't been on a bike (aside of an exercise bike) in a good few years. But I went to her house, had a ride around the garden to get a feel for the bike, and we set off. We cycled to the next town and back, which is around 8 miles (13km)... I have to admit, I'm very impressed with myself, especially having completed it without any incidents... :) I'm in quite a bit of pain now, but it was so worth it. :D
