Courtesy of one of the tabloid newspapers my boyfriend and I drove to Dover and jumped on the ferry across to Calais for a spot of lunch for the massive oops sorry tiny amount of £1 return each and the town car-park is free on a Sunday so it was a cheap day out and we bought some wine on the way back which was £14 for 6 bottles which the supermarkets are currently selling for £4 each on offer. After a bit of a dry run I'm spoilt but chose this seagull as it was very windy and there was loads of them gliding around the beach.
