Occupation - Farmer

Busy Monday. Weather forecasters got it completely wrong - forecasting rain all day, awoke to the sun splitting the sky and it was fine and warm in the main.

A short week as I finish Thursday lunchtime and I am out all day tomorrow in Perth presenting on the theme of "Online Marketing" to the usual group of budding new business owners :) Consequently rushed about like the proverbial blue assed flea all day, ticking off all the things work and holiday related on my to do list. I will be exhausted by Thursday :)

So a quick blip, trying to be on theme :)

Last month the farmer had potatoes in this field. Those have been hoiked (or lifted) and about 10 days ago he was at it again in this field, sowing more seed. As you can see as a result of the strange mix of rain and warmth we have had over the past week or two, the seeds are already breaking through the earth. Hard to tell what they are just yet, time alone will tell. He certainly isnt wasting anytime on this field and will have two good crops out of it this year :)
