Kings hooch
This is the embryonic stages of my venture into the world of home brewing. I'm led to believe this is called the 'most'. A bucket of mashed Victoria plums, 4 pints of boiling water, an enzyme and about 36 hours.
Only another 20 or so hours before straining and adding the sugar and more water. Then another 3 to 4 months before trying the first ever bottle of "King Victoria" as I'm going to call this tipple.
Should be fun/dangerous. I have the disclaimer that anyone who wants to try it has to sign.
