Ingredients of an omelet
An onion, three organic eggs, and some Hedgehog mushrooms.
Cut the mushrooms to small pieces. Let them dry on a warm pan for a moment, add some butter, and fry them slightly. Take the mushrooms out. Mix the eggs, some water, salt and pepper in a bowl and pour the mix to the pan. Be careful and don't warm the pan too hot. After a minute or two, add sliced onion (half of it should be enough) on the other half of the omelet, and when the omelet is almost ready, add the mushrooms over the onions. If you wish, you can also add some cheese (parmesan is perfect) or olives. Flip the other side of the omelet over the other. Let it rest on a pan for a moment, and it's ready. Bon appetit!
