I've got a brand new combine harvester

Has to be done!

Lego Technic combine harvester, as made by the two big boys (though they did let me do a few bits too!). I said way back in this blip in April that it was coming, what I didn't say to either them or my fellow blippers was that I'd already ordered it as a present for them for when TPD finished his course. Bit of togetherness type thing.

They started some time in the holidays, and it was finally finished last weekend. The light was good tonight though so I thought I'd capture it. Especially as the whirlwind of destruction (aka Son Two) has had his eye on it.


Been a lovely day today, sun is shining, and we had the benefit of a full night's sleep (still can't quite believe that one - it's about the 4th time in the last year!). Son Two has been perfecting his standing alone (eek!), and can now proficiently walk holding on to the pushchair (he got *very* cross when I put him back in there, I think he thought I was going to let him walk the mile and a half home from school..). Boys had a riot playing in the garden as I made a (very yummy if I do say so myself) dinner of cous cous stuffed peppers and marinaded chicken. Just got to throw them in bed, then I'm off to house group. A good day today :-)
