An unexpectedly Lovely Day

So the rains finally relented after a week and much to our surprise, today was still, sunny and warm! Who knew?

Shiftwork does have it's plus points sometimes...after an enjoyable Gym Session, it was great to relax with a coffee (and a protein shake) whilst taking in the view
