Penarth Skyline

This is a bit of the view from my balcony. I've wanted to photograph these chimneys at night ever since we moved here, and tried a few times before I got the gorilla, but could never get it quite right. I'm quite pleased with this effort though, set a looooong exposure, so it's actually much darker than this pic, but I really like the light in it.

Today was another long day - I'm adjusting to dayshift, slowly but surely. Was wide awake before my 7AM alarm went off, but by 10:30, I was ready for bed again. Had a power nap after work, and I'm feeling not too bad now.

Day off tomorrow (woo!) and it's looking like a busy one! Gotta sort out holiday money etc. Exciting :-D
