Freshwater Snail Shell

Saturday when I was at Lake Morton taking photos of all the birds, I found these freshwater Snail shells laying around all over. The mama Limpkin was getting the snail out and feeding it to her baby. I decided to bring a couple of the empty shells home hoping they would come in handy on a blipless day and they did.

You just gotta love the food chain.
