Caterpillar Gymnasts

I found these guys when I stopped to chat with a friend and became fidgety with the tree next to me. They were trying to blend in and were incredibly still. I wish I had that core strength!

Today classes were nice and short. I went to a pathology club meeting where I got to preform a necropsy on a hedgehog! I didn't know anything about the little guy before hand but looking inside I could tell he was euthanised most likely due to a broken hard palate in his mouth. Poor guy :-( It was very interesting tho!
