Heston Blumenthal Meal

We are local to the village which Heston Blumenthal has taken over pubs & a restaurant in. His latest purchase is a local pub. As it was a beautiful sunny day Mr KC & I decided to check it out. Sadly his restaurant, the Fat Duck, does not have a beer garden & we do not have £160 each to pay for lunch so we decided to give it a miss.

So here's our Ploughman's lunch. It was absolutely delicious. I'm not sure I could put in words how scrummy it was. The chips were yummy too. £8.95 for the Ploughmans so not terribly expensive for the area. Highly recommend it....
