"With a brutal expenditure of energy, I have been rowing upstream all my life. I am tired. I want to turn around, drop the oars, and let the current carry me gently toward the sea."
--Isabel Allende.
Lost: Tall, lanky, baggy-faced woman, resembles a basset hound. Last seen desperately trying to make herself better than she has ever been, in order to prove herself deserving of the love she fears she will never know. She tries too hard, which produces a kind of tightness in her work. Appears serene. Do not be deceived. If found, give her a heavy dose of valium and nudge her gently toward her illusions.
