The Death Rose

This is what I call The Death Rose.
One of our neighbours gave this to us about 5 years ago.
She is now 91 years old and still going strong, I think she will see us out.
She said she wanted to give us a token to remember her by when she is no longer with us, hence the name, Jane is not amused.
I said I would rather have had £50 to spend on a nice meal out.
Sharp intake of breath and a mind blowing glare, didn't go down very well.
Looks like these little chaps are having quite a feast, not sure of the variety.
