Breakfast Goods

Charlie fell asleep at school yesterday. I surmised that maybe this full time school lark is quite exhausting for him.

This morning, confirmation. A major meltdown at breakfast time because we had no muffins. Only crumpets. He screamed, he shouted, he cried. My 4 year old did not seem to grasp the fact that 1) I am not running a greasy spoon or indeed a branch of Starbucks and 2) I do not have a supermarket hidden in the garage

Anyway, as I'm such a lovely mum I purchased some muffins for tomorrow, when no doubt he will desire a pan au chocolat and demand some grapes peeling.
