Summer sun

fading fast.

After a day at work that felt like a whole week, I got home just in time to walk the dog before sunset. These sunflowers struck me as a little out of place, all around them are just fields of crops, with this one solitary splash of colour. Here, it feels like summer is sinking below the horizon with the sun.

Walking the dog is a good way to get work out of my head, but sometimes, like today, I really wish I could just sit back and relax.
