Ouch!

I had my first 'go' at making sushi tonight, having enjoyed it so much when last at 'the Daily Post's' house. It would have been fine except for the fact that I didn't realise how hot the Wasabi paste was. It nearly blew the roof of my mouth off!
Practice makes perfect, so I'll have another 'go' sometime, when I've recovered.
