So there it is...

... proof that not all Polish plumbers know what they're doing. This SOB has now caused two leaks into my downstairs neighbour because of bad workmanship. The exact same kind of joint that was not fit for purpose.

It took me 8 hours to find the source of the leak -- as it flukily coincided with a day-long downpour and I thought it might be from the roof -- and pretty much wrecked my floor, not to mention the neighbours' ceiling - twice now in 5 months. I've had enough.

Anybody know anything about small claims court procedures?
