Sunlit glass
I always knew today's blip was going to be something around the house, since I'm too busy to spare the time to go outside. I'd no idea what it might turn out to be, and certainly didn't expect it to be anything like this during the morning while the sky was dull and grey and overcast. But then I took a break for lunch and the sun broke through as I went to leave crockery and cutlery back in the kitchen. I couldn't resist the way the sunlight was hitting the half-open panel-glazed door to the kitchen, so I set up the tripod and reeled off a few shots. I did something similar way back in the dim and distant past of my early Blip days, but that was with artificial light and the effect was very different.
Back to work now. Hopefully I'll grab a half hour or so later on for commenting.
p.s. Forgot to mention that I took advantage of some sleeplessness last night to order a Canon PowerShot G9 to replace the PowerShot A620 I've had for the past year and a bit.
