Its not the Sistine Chapel

its the ceiling of the Piccadilly Arcade in Birmingham. A slightly more modern take on the ceiling fresco.

Tiny arcade, with some lovely little shops, tucked between New Street and Stephenson Street. Mainly used as a cut through to the back entrance of New Street Station.

Another visit to attempt a full panorama shot of the entire ceiling is most definitely needed.
