Sarah Jarvis epitaph..

i love this pic of yew, taken in the corsham churchyard...
BUT
I have to tell you of an epitaph we saw today..
its words were:

Sara Jarvis
Who departed this life the 11th day of December 1753
in the one hundred and seventh year of her age
Some time before her death, she had fresh teeth.


Now i was going to put the pic of this as my blip.. but it wasnt over inspiring..so decided on the yew berries instead.

Now i have to say that the only other great epitaph ive ever heard of was spike milligans

The literal translation of "Dúirt mé leat go raibh mé breoite"which he had decided upon is is "I told you I was sick".
