Husband and I set out today with the express purpose of taking photos. We orginally planned on heading to Portobello Market but couldn't be arsed to negotiate the necessary detour required based on engineering works on the underground. Being lazy we decided to choose a location on the District Line which is how we came to be in Whitechapel. We were both pretty ignorant about where to go so just wandered at will. We came across the Blind Beggar pub where the Krays killed some poor chap and a little further down the road the alley way where Jack the Ripper dispatched one of his victims. Although I took a couple of architectutral shots my main aim today was to overcome my excruitiating embarassment and capture some real human people. My results were not great but I enjoyed myself anyway.
This was a liitle food place that we found that we were interested to see cater for weddings! Having just got married this year we could have saved ourselves a fortune I reckon.
