Pampas Grasses

We awoke in the hotel in relaxed mood after such a successful night the night before. The Wonderspouse was rather tired after a busy week at work, but we had a fabulous hotel breakfast to enjoy before departing. I very nearly blipped a potato rosti cake - they were absolutely DELICIOUS!

The hotel had some very fine pampas grasses outside - and they looked just gorgeous in the sun so I decided to blip them. My Mum used to have some in the garden when we were kids and I always rather liked them. A dear old friend of mine once gave me some when he cut his down to size and I kept them for ages until they fell to pieces and got fluff everywhere!

Then we came home to give the fab five felines their breakfast and spent the rest of the day lightly dozing on the sofa, catching up on videos, and gently pottering along! I also called my Mum since it was her birthday! A very relaxed sort of a day!
