A Special Present

A special present for my daughters birthday: A book, written by her great-grandparents Albert and Jane Salisbury, first time published in 1948, about the history of the northwestern part of the United States of America.

Albert and Jane Salisbury, both deceased now, I talked to several times on the phone in 1984, just a little while before Jane passed away. I read about Alberts 1994 death searching the www just a few months ago which woke my interest in finding one of their books.

Special thanks to Petra and John for the help in finding and sending the book! It was hard hiding it away until today!
